Timothy R. Fischer was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1950. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Houston in 1975 and graduated from the Louisiana State University Law School in 1978.
Following law school, Mr. Fischer entered the private practice of law where he has concentrated on plaintiffs' personal injury and workers' compensation trials. The majority of his present practice is devoted to representing clients with severe injuries including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, inter-vertebral disc injuries, amputations and injuries resulting in death.
Mr. Fischer is a member of the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar Associations, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers' Association and is recognized as an "Advocate" by the American Trial Lawyers' Association. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana courts, the United States District Courts in Louisiana, the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Mark K. Manno was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1994 and graduated from Louisiana State University Law School in 1997.
Mr. Manno is a member of both the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar associations.
He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and is licensed to practice in Texas. Mr. Manno is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers' Association and is an active in its workers' compensation section.
Mr. Manno has been helping injured people as a part of Fischer and Associates for over 5 years. He is representing plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation claims, as well as handling criminal defense and family law matters. Mr. Manno is active as a volunteer judge with the local teen court program and is a member of Grace Community Methodist Church.
Donald E. Hathaway, Jr. was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1965. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1988 and graduated from the Louisiana State University Law School in 1991.
Following law school, Mr. Hathaway clerked for Judge Henry Brown on the Second Circuit Court of Appeal, served as an Assistant District Attorney in Caddo Parish and worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana. In 2006, Mr. Hathaway entered into the private practice of law by joining the firm of Fischer and Associates as a partner. He is representing plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation claims, as well as handling divorce and criminal matters. Mr. Hathaway is a member of the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Western District of Louisiana. Mr. Hathaway is also a past member of the American Inns of Court.
